1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of our customized data analytics, business intelligence, and financial consulting services, all payments for completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, analyzed, or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If a client wishes to cancel a service before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued upon written request within 48 hours of payment. Requests must be sent to support@dynametrixbi.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
3. Partial Refunds for Incomplete Work
In limited cases where Dynametrix BI is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of service, and no deliverables have been finalized, partial refunds may be considered. Each case is evaluated individually, and refund eligibility will depend on the percentage of work completed.
4. Subscription-Based Services
For recurring or subscription-based services, clients may cancel at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle once access or service has been initiated. Cancellations will take effect in the following cycle.
